Because the city of Krakow is so popular and we do not want any of our guests to be disappointed we have pre-booked a limited number of rooms in a range of hotels.
The first step in conference registration is that we ask you to make your reservation with one of the hotels in our list (or another hotel that you may have chosen in the area) and to include that reservation number in your registration. If you are planning to stay with friends – please place “staying with friends” in the hotel reservation field. Once you have that reservation number you will be able to progress to complete your registration. Please also book early to ensure you enjoy the benefits of the preferential rates we have established for this conference.
ERIS@ booked in advance hotel rooms for the conference’s delegates at preferential rates. All the necessary information and contact details are listed below. Please bear in mind that the bookings are blocked till the end of February 2011 (in some of the hotels only till mid-February 2011). After this period the preferential rates are no longer valid and possible booking depends on actual room availability so we strongly advise to book the hotel rooms as soon as possible. All the hotels that have been chosen are located within walking distance from the Sheraton Krakow Hotel.
While booking please indicate that you will be attending the 2011 eris@ Krakow conference. Please notice that the prices in most of the cases are given in Polish Złotych (PLN). We would also like to inform you that a local tax of 1,60 PLN per day is charged per person for each stay of two nights or over which may not be included in the given price. In case tax law in Poland changes, Hotels keep right to adjust their rates accordingly.
